We are currently working with local contractors to erect a brand new local restaurant that will be located in the historical and newly renovated Pierce Arrow Lofts off Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo, NY. Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
